SSD - Can't fetch S.M.A.R.T info

Hello guys. 

there is one problem with new SSD on system. Everything is good, until press 'Health Info'

 

Everything is good, until press 'Health Info'. Smart Quick test will be run until reload.

 

 

Smartmon gives normal statistic, I even update drivedb.h, but nothing changed.

Any advice, suggestions, tips?
