DSM 6.0 - migrate baremetal to esxi

hi there,

how to migrate dsm 6.0 (for example jun's mod) from baremetal to esxi?

i'm using microserver gen8 with two disks, baremetal dsm 6.0 works perfectly using usb flash boot with jun's mod

now i try to run it in esxi: i registered a new vm, connect vmdk disk with jun's mod, connect rdm disks to vm

vm starts normally, i select ds3615 esxi mode in jun's mod menu, but nothing happens then, esxi console shows that vm doesn't get ip addresses
