Hi,

I'm running DSM 7.1.1 upd4 DVA1622 baremetal on latest arpl. Received SS 9.1 update and after installing it all licenses are gone, license manager shows default 0 with invalid expiration date. Tried both updating from SS 9.0 and reinstalling everything (incl. DSM itself on a new hardware) from scratch right into latest version, still same result. My other true Syno (but just DS, not DVA) installed 9.1 without issues, so I really hope this is not a new surprise validation that needs to be dealt with.

Anyone sees the same and have any ideas how to resolve that?

Hello,

I'll stick to it.

Have the DVA3221 running but get no LIC displayed.

I changed SN. Didn't do anything.

Uninstalled and installed offline (without internet) didn't help either.

Known solutions?

I had the same issue with the DVA1622's loader after updating to v9.1.0-10660 through Package Manager, and I solved it by downgrading Surveillance Station to v9.0.2-10061 on all my servers/installations (an old DS214se, a newer DS220+ and two xpenology NVRs, managed by CMS inside VirtualDSM on another server). No need to change SN (for now).

Changing serial to start with those first alphanumerics worked, nothing else worked.

What's the basis for this serial number ?
