kouignamann Posted January 17, 2017 Share #1 Posted January 17, 2017 (edited) Hi, I run 5.2 on a HP Proliant Microserver Gen8 baremetal. I was testing link aggregation with my Netgear GS108T switch. I came across this topic viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6391 and tried it. I rebooted and can no longer access my machine. I ran Synology assistant just to check if it had changed IP. Nope I tried to disconnect one ethernet cable and disable Link Aggregation in my switch and hard reboot (!) and Nope. Any idea ? I feel stupid... kouignamann Posted January 17, 2017 Author Share #2 Posted January 17, 2017 Ok. If I plug I keyboard and screen and I'm back in business. I can "vi" in the damn file. But I can't save "file is read only". I'm not super saavy in here. How can I sudo and save ? EDIT : OK, everything is back to normal. For those whom it happened : 1. Plug in keyboard and screen. 2. login as root using admin password. 3. vi into the file. Save and quit (":wq") 4. Reboot.
