Drivers requests for DSM 5.2

Recommended Posts

Hi,

My baremetal worked like a charm under DSM 5.2.x.

I've tried Jun v1.01 bootloader but network seems broken probably due to missing driver.

The MB is Asus "M4A78LT-M LE" and Ethernet Controler is Atheros AR8131.

Is it possible to get this driver added in the new DSM 6 bootloader ?

Is there a, not too complicated, way to recover it from DSM 5.x bootloader maybe without even recompiling it ?

Tx in advance

Intel Pro 1000 PT can be had on eBay for $15. I can confirm it works with the current Dsm 6 loader.

My on-board would not work either.

Please include drivers for Marvell SE9172, Marvell SE9230 SATA controllers.

I have a ASRock C2550D4I motherboard (which is a an excellent choice for NAS builds due to the fan-less quad core Atom CPU and 12 SATA ports). But the the last XPEnoboot crashes if I don't deactivate these two controllers( I am guessing drivers are not included) (which defeats the whole purpose of this board).

Thank you for your excellent work

My post above is a WiFi request terribly sorry for that, I have noticed your ...don't ask for WiFi...later...

There is one more issue Bigabyte Brix GB-BACE-3000 processor Intel N3000 uses SpeedStep technology.

I can't force it to run more than 1GHz. @Trantor could you please tell me on PW how to solve it. As a newbie forum does not allow me to send PW messages.
