Installation failure "We detected moved discs"

Hello there,

 

I am currently trying to install Xpenology on my HP Dl360E. The VM runs and it installs using this tutorial:

 

 

However when the VM starts up and the moment comes to install DSM it goes on. But when it reboots it comes with the following image:

 

"We detected that you have moved the hard discs to a new DS3615XS.  Click on recovery if you want to recover your data and settings.

 

What am i doing wrong?
