timcadieux Posted December 17, 2016 Share #1 Posted December 17, 2016 I just installed all of this about 3 weeks ago, so I'm using whatever loaders were availbale around mid November. My console told me there was an update available so I finally downloed it and installed it today. After the instal, I tried to connect and got an Page that says 'We've detected that you've moved your disk drives from DiskStation to DSX3615xs' I've done a Recover about 4x now but the nothing seems to help? I boot from cdrom since my usb wouldnt work, do I need to update the loader on the CD? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
timcadieux Posted December 17, 2016 Author Share #2 Posted December 17, 2016 I used the Synology Assistant and it says I have version5.2-5967 and model DS3615xs I looked in my downloads and i'm using XPEnoboot_DS3615xs_5.2-5967.1.iso....I have no idea what the Synology Update actually updated? I tried to ssh but i get connection refused I'd be happy to just reinstall, so long as I dont lose all my photos..but the Synology only says I can Recover, which does nothing it seems Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
