The migration of HDD between Synology and Synology only takes place of DSM migration of the system partition.

Data partitions are not affected at all.

So, all I need is to move the HDDs to a new PC and with the usb bootloader and I'm good to go?

Of course.
However, if possible, try the DSM installation first using the newly built Redfill bootloader and a separate new disk.
If there are no problems here, you can migrate the disk with the actual data directly.
