TCRP Stuck in recover loop DS3617xs

Guys managed to get the above installed but when it goes to reboot and starts the countdown it gets stuck in recover mode after counting down.

 

the setup is Dell R710 server.

 

 ./rploader.sh update
./rploader.sh fullupgrade
./rploader.sh identifyusb

./rploader.sh serialgen  realmac

./rploader.sh listmods bromolow-7.0.1-42218

./rploader.sh build bromolow-7.0.1-42218

 

it built it ok, I load the DSM_DS3615xs_42218 pat file from but when it reboots to start it just counts down it says recover.
