Commment choisir sont VPN Client ?

Bonjour, Je voulais savoir comment choisir?  Je suis entrain de monter un accès a distance de mon NAS personnel a mon ordinateur portable, dans le paquet sinologie j'ai trois choix OpenVPN, L2TP/IPsec, PPTP. J'aimerai savoir si c'est une question de préférence ou il y a un choix pertinent bas sur de impératif technique ou de sécurité par exemple.
