Can't transfer HDDs from 6.3 to TCRP 0.8 with 7.1 installation

I had 2 HDDs in RAID 1 in 6.3 installation. I set up new flash with TCRP 0.8 with 7.1 and tested it with stand alone HDD laying around (on the same machine). Everything went smoothly so I decided to transfer my HDDs to 7.1. Synology asked me to upgrade, I decided to keep settings and data, gave it 7.1 pat file and now I'm in a neverending loop of 'Recover your settings and data now'.

I tried ./rploader postupdate apollolake-7.1.0-42661 but it stills asks to recover my settings and data.

What can I do to fix this?

I created new TCRP flash from scratch and now everything works!
