silviu_25 Posted October 7, 2016 Share #1 Posted October 7, 2016 Hello, I created my first Xpenology server using an old Dell optiplex gx270 with P4 2.8Ghz x32, 1Gb Ram with Nanoboot DSM-5.0-4528 DS214Play and DSM DSM-5.0-4528 update 2 I have one 80 Gb ATA HDD and inside computer I found one sata port so I connected one 2,5" SATA 500Gb. In StorageManager I created one volume using the 80Gb hdd, the 500gb hdd is seen as eSATA so I can not create a volume using it. is there any sollution to make it to be seen as ATA HDD? or is there any trick to create a volume or extend the one I already use?
