if you use your real mac address in DSM it will work. you need to specify realmac option when you run serialgen command.

i tried it , and it powered on my box but the synology system did not booted

when i go to setting > hardware and power > power schedule > and set time to startup it works , but when i try to that manually it does not work

You are going to DSM GUI and set the power up time and works ;

yes it works , but i need to do that without going to dsm gui , i need to power it via synology assisstant or via ds finder android app

And what happens when you send the magic packet ? It does not power up ? Or does it not boot from USB ?

it power up but does not boot from the usb

So it has nothing to do with the usb. I would look into default boot options on your motherboard
