Just to report in - I have an Intel Pentium G4560, Asus Prime B250M-K motherboard and 8GB RAM running the DS916+ 1.02b loader in baremetal config. It's running DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 1.
The same hardware was previously running DS3615XS 6.1.3-15152 Update 1 with loader 1.02b perfectly fine, but I decided to migrate to DS916+ image today to see if I could make use of the hardware transcoding abilities. At this stage, I can't get hardware transcoding working as there is no /dev/dri/ fo
