issues on Hyper-v 3.0, can not get ip

Virtual machine using Hyper-v 3.0 on Windows Server 2012 R2 DataCenter (RTM)

Be set according to each course, the MAC address has been modified, Hard disk using IDE / SCSI,

also tested in the same configuration 2008 R2 and Window 8 can work well，

But fails on 2012 R2, but i can boot the loader start, but get DHCP fails, the Synology Assistant can not found it.

not support on Hyper-V 3.0？

Hi,

I installed a HP N54L microserver with MS Hyper-V 2012 R2 (core) and one test VM with xpenology.

I created an external switch to use an additional network card (TP-Link), as integrated network chip does not work on R2 for now.

I have been encountering many issues, but I can get an IP via DHCP and run DSM. Though it works only with this xpenology build :
