All Packages lost after update ; but still in @appstore

Hello,

 

My NAS went mad ( it could boot all the servies required, syno etc.. ) , so i've reinstalled the DSM .

 

Since then, i've lost all my packages . But these are still on my /volume1/@appstore ! But they are not displayed nor available from the DS station .

 

Is there a way to restore them without having to reinstall and reconfig every single **** package ?

 

Also, i've tried to move field over WinSCP , then i've gotten disconnected.. And ever since, in cannot gain access to my nas Via SSH neither Telnet/SCP

I've tried to unchek /check the "SSH" and "Telnet" in command pannel but i got an error " Unable to activate" . Enven if i reboot :/

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
