rapidwinner Posted April 27, 2022 #1 Posted April 27, 2022 Hello dear community members! I have a Buffalo LinkStation LS410D which is identical in hardware to the Synology Disk Station DS114. The only difference is the USB ports, which I don't need. Question: Is it possible to install firmware from Synology DS114 on Buffalo Ls410d? I would really appreciate any help and advice... Quote
gadreel Posted April 27, 2022 #2 Posted April 27, 2022 I am pretty sure this is not possible. The XPEnology loaders only work on x86 processors (Intel/AMD) and not on any ARM or Realtek processors. Quote

Загрузчики XPEnology работают только с процессорами x86 (Intel/AMD), но не с процессорами ARM или Realtek. Both of these devices use the Marvell Armada 370 processor, 1.2 GHz. In theory, the firmware from Synology ds114 should work ... But how to install it? Quote
flyride Posted April 27, 2022 #4 Posted April 27, 2022 Find a loader that supports Marvell. There isn't one here. Quote
