I use the same serial number that original register! I didn't change the MAC address! (It was use before to make the Quick Connect work) Any suggestion? Thanks! alantang Posted August 7, 2016 Author Share #8 Posted August 7, 2016 I have perform the fresh install by using the same Hardware with same Serial Number and MAC Address. I have enable DHCP from my TP-Link TL-WDR3600 router with LAN Cable connected. I have reserve the IP to this NAS. I have put the NAS's IP into DMZ. I have register the Dynamic DNS by no-ip.com. The registered domain is XXXX-XXXXX.no-ip.org with successful added into the "External Access" with successful login with status as "Normal". Do I need to enable something to perform the QuickConnect setup? For Example, enable guess, install some package....etc Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
