No units able to map Xpenology 5.2 shares

Hello

 

First time poster here.

 

I've been trying to search for a solution, but so far have come up empty.

 

My 5.2 install keeps blocking all my units from access it, as in, the following happens:

 

 

Now, I realize the screen shot is in Danishm and as such is incomprehensible, but all it says is: access denied. This happens, both using the name and the ip.

 

When i try and map a network drive via Synology assistant, I get error 53.

 

I have auto-block off, firewall is off, ports are all open.

 

I have CIFs set at SMB 2, I have also tried 1 and 3.

 

I am using windows 10 as a laptop, but neither phones, tablets, tv or anything else can see the shares using network name.

I don't know what steps to take to get this work. So I was hoping someone could talk me through how to get this to work.
