Evanion Posted June 7, 2016 #1 Posted June 7, 2016 SO, the image boots just fine, and I'm able to use the Web assistant to upload and install the PAT file. But when the server boots up again, It freezes on 'Booting from Hard Disk'. I'm trying to install it on a KVM guest (SolusVM). I have removed the CDROM device entirely from the VM. AllGamer Posted June 7, 2016 #2 Posted June 7, 2016 It should not be booting from Hard Disk, it should be booting from USB or CDROM (ISO if virtual) set your VM to boot from CDROM all the time, and keep the XPEnology iso in there for every reboot I've installed it on both VirtualBox, and VMware, so I know it works on both platform. I've not used that KVM virtual machine, but it looks very similar to Virtual Box
