if its with xpenology and just any test hardware (or a vm) there is no problem with reinstalling the former version

the problem only apply to original hardware and even there a downgrade is possible

and there is also the ooption to install the beat as virtualDSM

if you want extra DSM_DS918+_42550.pat change 03->00

the file that i upload was patched 03->01

you need find postison and change 01->00

No, but they encrypt all 7.xx minor updates and official packages.
