Can dell wyse 3040 install xpenology

Hello everyone,

Is there anyone try to install to dell wyse 3040?

I don't have, but plan to buy because the price is so good.

thin clients never make a good NAS because you need sata hdd's (at least thats the way it goes with syno's DSM)

and even if you find one with sata, you will have a hard time even fitting two 2.5" into the housing (for at least raid1) and the psu will most likely not be able to power that

in general, usb drives can't be used a normal volume in dsm, the only way its integrated is as single external drive that get a share when connected
