rennbahncookie Posted April 7, 2016 #1 Posted April 7, 2016 So that just happened after I did a reboot when I was asked to check the file system. Everything seems to be there and working. Though opening the storage manager cause my cpu usage to go up quite a bit and failing to open all together. What should I do?

sbv3000 Posted April 8, 2016 #3 Posted April 8, 2016 You must have one hell of a disk array and electricity bill Seriously though - can you post some more information about your system, mobo, controllers, drives etc. Have you tried to SSH to the box and look at file mounts, volumes, and logs?
brantje Posted April 8, 2016 #4 Posted April 8, 2016 Do you use CloudStation? Posted via Xpenology.us
antihrist2002 Posted April 8, 2016 #5 Posted April 8, 2016 This is file system error. To fix it you can boot from Ubuntu LiveCD, if your Volume is basic just run e2fsck, if your Volume is somekinde or RAID - assemble it with mdadm. If your Volume is SHR assemble disks to raid with mdadm and use LVM to find your Volume, then check it with e2fsck.
