cannot create new volume

I've install DSM on esxi vmware

I've tried to define Volume or Disk Group with no success. I've tried IDE ans Scsi disks with no success.

How should I Add new Volume to DSM?

Which bootloader and which DSM Version do you use? DSM 6 is not supported.
