sonicz Posted March 27, 2016 Share #1 Posted March 27, 2016 Hi all I have bought 2 HIKvision DS-2CD3345-I and want to use them with Surveillance Station. I have a guest running with Xpenology. My issue is that when er add the cameras and test them everything is fine, but when added they are disconnected, I have tried 4 different releases of xpenology/dsm and 3 different versions of Surveillance Station. With the same outcome. Any suggestions to what might be the problem? - my buddy has the same cams running on a installation on a physical machine. - I'm a bit frustrated atm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

cstout Posted March 31, 2016 Share #3 Posted March 31, 2016 Sorry my comment won't be tremendously useful but I am running DSM 5.2-5644 Update 5 with two Hikvision DS-2CD2332-I 3MP cameras recording at 20fps each 24/7. I've never had a single issue with Surveillance Station (as of writing this SS version 7.1-4141). This is all on a baremetal installation though, no ESXi in the mix.
