DeATh-RaIn Posted October 30, 2021 #1 Posted October 30, 2021 Hi together, i have an Problem with Hyper Backup after Upgrading my 918+ Hardware to DSM7.0. My Setups is: DS918+ Hardware Hyper Backup Version: 3.0.1-2412 DSM: 7.0-41890 DS918+ XPenology as Backup Device, running on an VirtualBox on an rented Server. Hyper Backup Version: 2.2.8-1510 DSM: 6.2.3-25426 I can run the backup absolutely with no problems. But after the checking Process every week runs over it, it gets the Error, that its only possible to restore files, because of corrupt Backup: Report says: Backup task was unable to run due to errors found at the backup destination. The following files were found broken in the latest integrity check and cannot be restored. There may be other broken files which were not detected this time. If you have further questions, please contact Synology support. Broken file(s): .... just 1-10 from ca. 100.000 Files.... Problem is vice versa, because some Files i backup from the DSM6.2 to the DSM7.0 System and fails, too after 1 oder two weeks. Any Ideas what i can do? Is there an better Report, whats wrong if i use the console? THX for help. Quote

fazlullin Posted December 28, 2024 #3 Posted December 28, 2024 Hi! Did you manage to fix the problem? I encountered the same problem when copying via Hyper Backup to the cloud via webdav. The amount of data is about 1 terabyte. The first copy and integrity check are successful, but the next copy, which is done according to the schedule, causes the same error. Quote
