No disks found after power outage.

Hello,

 

We had a power outage on a RS3617RPxs and when power was restored, the unit didn't come back.

Solid Blue light. Blinking Orange light.

Web page says no disks found.

Synology assistant says Not Installed. Trying to install DSM errors with the code 38 for no disks found.

 

I've not tried a mode 2 reset yet for fear of data loss. There are no reliable backups.

 

I found this link which seems to be worth a try: https://xpenology.com/forum/topic/12778-tutorial-how-to-downgrade-from-62-to-61-recovering-a-bricked-system/ . However I've never used JunsLoader and no idea where to get a synoboot.img file.

 

Please point me in the right direction if this is a good path to try or not.
