spietrza Posted November 3, 2015 Share #1 Posted November 3, 2015 Hello everyone, at this moment i'm the owner TS-451. Hardware is very good but i need more power to run 1080 on plex ( 4 user in one time ). I thinking to run low cost NAS with Xpenology. Which configuration will be the best to get max power using I7 ? Thank you for answer

NeoID Posted November 9, 2015 Share #3 Posted November 9, 2015 Personally I've removed the Plex package as it's not updated very often and performance isn't that great. I've had much better results when installing Plex in its own VM and mount the share from Synology using samba.

It is updated continuously
