Tino Posted May 13, 2021 Share #1 Posted May 13, 2021 I have a Dell PowerEdge R610 2x Quad Core E5620 2.40GHZ,8GB Ram, one 250gb sata drive in slot 0, a 500 gb sata drive in slot 1 I will be putting 900 gb sas drives in slots 2 and 3 and leaving 4 and 5 open for expansion later on I will also be adding 8 more gigs of memory in it what DSM is the best choice, or will xpenology even work on it? any help would be great... thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You must set the boot mode to CSM/Legacy if the BIOS supports UEFI (that server may predate UEFI however, and the default boot mode may work).
