N54L 6.2 1.03b - Unable to access DSM after update

I know i shouldnt of just clicked update when I saw a new version but I did and now I cant find the box on my network.

 

N54L has the extra HP network card as disabled the internal one during the installation of 6.2

 

Machines boots from  a fresh Unbuntu USB so I know the hardware is basically working

 

Fresh Bootloader USB 3615xs 6.2 v1.03b and it shows up via find.synology.com with disks removed

 

Offered recovery from WA when disks are populated but after the 10min timer the box is once again not available on the network, no ip or nothing found via find.synology.com

 

Any ideas, i am used to it just working thanks

If you tried to update to DSM 6.2.4 here is a link that may help ...
