Connection time-out after selecting NAS @ find.synology.com

Hello, i tried to find an answer in the forums, but i could not find the solution.

 

I am new to Xpenology, very interesting by the way.

 

I followed instructions making usb boot, modify config and boot my hardware with the device. Everything good so far. After the loader i went to my browser and searched the device on find.synology.com. The new device was detected, selected it and accepted the agreement. After that i get a connection time out, no response whatsoever. I also cannot ping to the ip address. 

 

What could be the issue here ?

 

My Lan card is realtek, Mac address is correct.

I got it to work, strange thing is i scrolled down the agreement and then it went to the next fase.
