Its a PCiEx4 low profile card. if it's an intel chipset it will just work. if it's a broadcom chipset you will need to add the firmware files (drivers) in the correct places for it to work. jimeney Posted June 28, 2015 Share #3 Posted June 28, 2015 Confirming what stanza said, I'm running Intel Pro 1000 PT Quad NICs which are also PCIe x4 without a problem. Have you reseated the cards, also check in the bios if your PCI express slots are running with Generation 1 or Generation 2 support - might make a difference.
