holybabel Posted August 5, 2015 Share #126 Posted August 5, 2015 You must edit the "DEFAULT" value in syslinux.cfg. From DEFAULT xpenology To DEFAULT install Now the install option is marked as default value. You can change the timeout value too, so it boot's a little faster: From TIMEOUT 50 To TIMEOUT

blinddark Posted August 5, 2015 Share #129 Posted August 5, 2015 NAS is running. Thanks at all for your help. I only downloaded a xpe-Image of dsm 5.1 and the dsm from xpenology.me and the installation runs. Now I'll clean install dsm 5.2 with xpe 5.

I also made a post about how to flash the DOM on an QNAP (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4606) which will give you the syntax, but you will need to identify the drive yourself.
