USB Disk boot disk - Your disk space is running out

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I've searched here & Googled the net & I've come up empty, so I apologize if this has in fact been covered.

System health is reporting that my USB boot disk is running out of space: "USBdisk1: Your disk space is running out. Please add or replace disks to expand the storage"

Is there anyway to fix this & get System health showing the green "Good" icon again, instead of the the bright orange "Attention!" icon?

Thanks

Find the VID and PID of the usb and modify the isolinux.cfg file with these values and the usb disk won't appear anymore in the DSM.

Thanks Thomas.

That appears to be working.

Considering I had to Google VID & PID and how to modify the isolinux.cfg file (yes I'm a noob), I will reserve judgement for few days.
