edvanleeuwen Posted March 7, 2015 Share #1 Posted March 7, 2015 I am using a 2 Gb USB stick to start XPEnology. The image written only occupies 15 Mb. Is there an option to expand the image to use the whole storage? Thanks in advance.
Dfds Posted March 7, 2015 Share #2 Posted March 7, 2015 The bootloader image is only 15mb, hence the 15mb partition. Why do you want to expand the partition anyway, it's not really useable.
edvanleeuwen Posted March 27, 2015 Author Share #3 Posted March 27, 2015 Log files (e.g. of nzbget) are written to the USB stick, in order to hibernate the disks earlier. So I think it is usable.
XPEH Posted March 29, 2015 Share #4 Posted March 29, 2015 Log files (e.g. of nzbget) are written to the USB stick, in order to hibernate the disks earlier. So I think it is usable. System Logs are written to disk volumes if you set them up to store or archive. Writing logs to USB flash drive will kill it quickly since it has limited number of write cycles.
