HP N54L G7 with HP Raid Controller P410

Hi

 

Can someone help me please. When i try to install the DSM, it tells me that there are no HDDs.

 

I have 3x 1TB HDDs in RAID 5 = 1.8 TB Volume created. And the DSM Image is on a USB Stick wich is plugged in the Mainboard directly...

 

I can't get it running
