Hi, is the adapter still working well in DSM 6.2.2?

there is a driver ax88179_178a.ko in the extra.lzma, so asix ax188179 based usb nic's should work

there is also a 5GBit nic usb driver present, in my latest extra.lzma, should work with 1Gbit too

il y a 31 minutes, IG-88 a dit :

no,  should work without it (at least it did on my system)

Yes it works well on my side too, but the fact of not declaring the MACs does not affect the functioning of the syno?
suddenly, why declare the MAC in the GRUB file? does it serve to use official syno MACs like serial instead of the original MACs of our xpenology?

WOL, that needs the real mac as in sleep the real mac is active

also some licensing features of dsm compare sn and mac the later one could be solved by defining a unused mac slot with a sn matching mac but thats history now, there is a patch that will change the licensing module in a way that it always comes out with a positive result

Hi!

With loader 1.04b and this adapter fails when it is updated to 6.2.2.

Is there any way to include the extra.lzma after updating?

What extra.lzma is the one I should use? I have seen that there are several
