Found the same solution yesterday but it was too late for me to reply here. However, my Marvell controller is still disabled. Been experiencing the same issues as everyone here but I got DSM 5.2-5644 successfully installed after switching SATA controllers to IDE mode (others BIOS parameters left untouched).
