Hi guys,

 

I switched from FreeNAS to XPEnology and i am really happy that i found this project. I will be thrilled to use the following additional hardware that doesn't work now:

• APC UPS Back UPS ES 700 with USBtoSerial connection
  ASIX AX88179 USB 3.0 10/100/1000 LAN Adapter
  Silicon Image SiI3114 PCI SATA 4 CHANNEL (2 EXT + 4 INT PORTS ) RAID CARD

 

As OS, i am using the following:

• Linux nas 3.2.30 #3202 SMP Fri Mar 1 01:03:15 CST 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux synology_bromolow_3612xs

I documented a bit, i'm no novice in linux but i'm also no specialist or expert. I don't do code but i can understand it.

 

Anyhow, it seems that i need something that i can't find anymore published, meaning:

• the bromolow x64 3203branch from the Synology NAS GPL Source
  or the bromolow x64 3202branch from the Synology NAS GPL Source

and the

• Intel x64 Linux 3.2.30 (Bromolow) DSM 4.2 Tool Chains

I ask odie82544 how he have successfully build his 4.2-3202 version... waiting for answer ^^
