Hi All,

 

Can anyone help with this? it just shows "DSM cannot start up normally because it ran into a problem. Please contact the Synology support team for help."

you need to be more specific about the hardware you use and what loader and dsm version you use

Was it working originally?  What happened before that message?  If DSM is actually corrupted, it's best to just save your config from Control Panel and reinstall DSM; it will keep your data.

The same warning message just pop up on my DSM 6.02-8451  DS3615xs using Atom 330 with 2M DRR2.  Beside the warning message.  The servers seems running fine so far.  I did fast SMART and report both HDD normal.  Do you think there is problem with the boot up USB?

This morning the warning message disappear and the System Health is back to Normal.  Any idea?
