Hi. I had problems with my DSM (google authenticator bug, couldn't access to the admin account) so I finally decided to reinstall after doing a full backup to an external USB drive. I managed to reinstall, however, I pick "recover" the first time and I get an update DSM, but with the same bug, so I still can't access to the admin account.
I tried it again (formating pendrive and so ...) but I can't get only a "recover" option, even chosing "reinstall" from the loader menu.
Any tip to do a clean install? I don't bother losing all the data as I have it backed up already.
