narcotico Posted January 9, 2015 Share #1 Posted January 9, 2015 Hello. I am testing xpenology and its apps. I've installed all succesfully thanks a how-to guide. This install is in a HTPC, so it is a virtual install with VMware Workstation. I would like a basic volumen without redundant. However when I try to make a volume (basic), whole free space is lower than the all size, about the half. In the synology help, it tells basic type use the whole disk capacity. Do you know why this is happening? (I use a new 8Gb virtual disk for testing and only give 3.49 Gb free). Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
