Sorry for my poor english. I´ve problems with Plex at startup, it keeps stopped and I have to execute it to use. This is a trouble because I have a programed task and at midnight the server is turn off, in the morning when it return to bootup never works Plex. I tried several scripts without success. Does somebody knows how to fix this bug?

Try to reinstall Plex again. Don't use synology version. Just Download Plex from plex.tv.  Go to package manager, manual install, install plex over the existing plex intalation. It will update only, And restart Synology and see if autostart.

I have a SATA card with 2 extra SATA ports + 6 SATA ports on motherboard. When I connect new disks to SATA card, Plex doesn't work at startup but disks are recognized without problem. SATA card is Syba and this mark is compatible.

Yes, but I have the same problem, when I bootup and SATA card is operating, system freezes and is slow startup. I should be a compatibilty trouble.

I'm using plex (last version) on dsm 6.2.3 and everything works fine, except last night when plex server was down (not mine but plex srever in US). Maybe you should try to update dsm with "extra" using this thread. What hardware are you using?
