- Clean Install:  SUCCESFUL(ish)
- DSM version prior update: NONE - Direct Load DSM 6.2.3-25426
- Loader version and model: JUN'S LOADER v1.03b DS3615xs
- Using custom extra.lzma: NO
- Installation type: VM - ESXi 6.7
- Additional comment: Fresh install VM, modified PID/VIC with generated SN and MAC, Created with 10 - 2TB virtual disks.  System ran stable and steady for 24 hours. Since then drives randomly get a drive marked as "failing" and system goes to 'repairing' mode. After repair, reboot and everything is fine, but within 24 hours another different drive is marked as failing starting the cycle again. I have not lost any data however.  Will update if I find a solution.

- Loader version and model: Jun's Loader v1.04b DS918+

- Using custom extra.lzma: v0.13.3 for 6.2.3 from IG-88

- Installation type: BAREMETAL - ASRock J5040-ITX, 16GB RAM, using onboard sata ports & nic

- Additional comments: Real sn and mac. VT-d disabled in bios. Reboot and Shutdown works. "cd /dev/dri" okay. "cat /usr/syno/etc/codec/activation.conf" returns {"success":true,"activated_codec":["mpeg4part2_dec","h264_dec","h264_enc","hevc_dec","aac_dec","aac_enc","ac3_dec"],"token":"5******************************1"}. I haven't gotten around to testing plex hw transcoding yet, but I don't predict any issues. Will edit if there is.

- Outcome of the update: semi-SUCCESSFUL (NVME drive lost after update and then recovered manually)
- DSM version prior update: DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update with NVME patch
- Loader version and model: Jun's Loader v1.04b - DS918+
- Using custom extra.lzma: YES v.0.8 std
- Installation type: BAREMETAL -  Asrock Z390M-ITX/ac, Core i3-9100f, intel i211AT, intel i219V, Intel Optane 16gb NVME drive (M.2)

- Additional Comment: NVME drive was added to DSM 6.2.2-24922-6 as volume according this tutorial. Lost this volume (not data!) in DSM after 6.2.3-25426 update. I had to "mdadm --assemble --scan" and then manually copy patched "libsynonvme.so.1" from this post to my "/lib64" dir to recover it. Other than that - all Ok. No data lost.
