Otrebor93 Posted April 17, 2020 Share #1 Posted April 17, 2020 Hello Everyone, Taking advantage of the lockdown period, I ventured into installing synology on an HP 6305 SFF, after following Jun's guide, changing the vid, pid, sn and mac, at startup it freezes, I remain the fixed cursor I tried several versions of the DS918 , 917,916 and also the MBR versions, but nothing always freezes. I noticed, however, that if at boot time I press C and insert the vid pid, mac and sn, the installation tries to start it gives me the boot of the kernel and linux but it always remains blocked. bearcat Posted April 18, 2020 Share #2 Posted April 18, 2020 Not all AMD systems play nice with XPEnology, make sure any C1E options in BIOS is disabled. 1 - What exactly is the problem you have? 2 - Do you get a link indicator on your NIC? 3 - Any signs of your "NAS" in the log of your DHCP server? 4 - Try to install the Jun's 1.02 / 3615xs / DSM 6.1.x combo (adding the .pat file manually).
