cooledspirit Posted November 12, 2014 Share #1 Posted November 12, 2014 I'd like to put Nanoboot and a Windows install on a hard drive. If possible, I'd even like to add Ubuntu. Windows (and Ubuntu) would only have to be started when explicitly selected in the boot menu. Normal boot is Nanoboot. Can this be done ? And if yes, can you point me in the right direct direction ? Nanoboot is available as an .img , how can it be transferred to a hard drive (leaving room for windows install) ? Many thanks !
XPEH Posted November 12, 2014 Share #2 Posted November 12, 2014 It doesn't work that way. DSM will use all the drive. You can try to use different disks for different systems and select the boot device at the power on.
