Add NVIDIA and Docker 19.03 Support?

How feasible would it be to add support for NVIDIA Cards either the GTX 1050 or ideally the GTX 1650 and Docker 19.03 to say the Xpenology Version of the 918+

 

The only real mention to NVIDIA I can find on here is the link below.

 

I'm not 100% with Linux but I noticed the normal apt and apt-get does not exist in either normal mode or sudo - i when you access via SSH

sudo is there but as DSM is a appliance it does not have much you can add later, xpenology is just a loader (hack) to load more drivers

you would need to compile drivers for the card as synology does no support nvidia drivers for 918+

if you need this you might be better off having a look a open media vault

I will have to give EXSI another go as I am quite fond of DSM as I have been using it for over 8 years since getting my 1511+

Then I can pass through my GTX 1650 to another VM
