freddyvangeel Posted September 22, 2014 Share #1 Posted September 22, 2014 hi, i have xpenology X86 (DS214play) my (old) whs pc holds 4 bays. but with this xpenology i can only add 2. is there a way to add the 2? maybe change from ds214, but do i have to programm everything again? Dfds Posted September 22, 2014 Share #2 Posted September 22, 2014 The version you are using will only allow 2 drives because that's what the DS214Play has, in order to use all 4 drives you will need to use software based on the DS3612XS which is a 12 bay device.
