fjf Posted August 30, 2014 Share #1 Posted August 30, 2014 I just copied a bunch of folders using a windows XP laptop to my music folder in the synology, and some are greyed out and not accessible from my MAC computer; most of them are fine, but some are listed as "Unknown " user. I've tried setting the user again in the file station, and apply it to all subfolders, but it does not work. I can create a new folder from the windows computer and move all the files, but this is slow and painful. ANyone knows how to fix this?. I am still copying from the windows computer and has not happened again. Strange. Is there a way to force a fsck in the synology volume?. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
