N54l + HP NC360T + 6.2.2 24922 , Cant reboor or shutdown

i  used HP N54L + HP NC360T ,  upgraded to 6.2.2 24922 , it's working fine in the synology system , but i found that i cant reboot or shutdown ,   reboot/shutdown is  not working when i try to reboot or shutdown , no response from N54L

 

How to solve thie problem ?

i had used the modded bios and disable C1E and internal NIC .

on my two test systems (baremetal install) used for testing new extra.lzma's for 3515/17 with 6.2.2 i dont have problems like this

both intel based and extremely old

Is this bios setting problems ?

maybe, there are a lot of N54L around here and its not a typical problem (like the c2e setting in bios to install xpenology)

and message one or the other what bios they use and about the settings

maybe the hint about acpi 1.0 is enough?
